Delivery

Once you place an order with us, we offer a super fast delivery service. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the day, after that, it will go out the following day.

We can guarantee delivery within 72 hours, if you live in Ireland.

We offer two methods of payment, through Paypal or by credit/debit card using Stripe. Our payment system is 100% secure and we never store card details on our site.

Payment in full must be received before goods will be dispatched.


Out of stock

If an item is unavailable, it will be clearly marked as so. If you need to establish how much of a particular item we have in stock, click on the ‘up arrow’ of the item. If you are buying in large quantities, please feel free to contact us.

All the prices on our website are quoted VAT inclusive, so there are no surprises at the check- out.

All of our Art Supplies and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have any problem with a product please contact us immediately, where we will be happy to answer any of your questions.

 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FAQ:

I have received my order and the materials are damaged……..

All our orders are dispatched in perfect condition, if your item is damaged upon delivery is a Postal/Courier issue and we will rectify.

Simply email us at contact@arteire.com with your order details, a phone number and we will furnish you with a return address for the damaged item .We will contact you and resolve the issue.

I have changed my mind about my order, ordered the wrong thing, or no longer require what I bought. Can I return the materials?

You may return any materials within 5 days of receiving it for exchange or credit only. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Unfortunately, you will have to incur the added shipping costs.

 

 While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
